These terms apply to your use of best-choice.dk (the “website”), operated by Best Choice, CVR no. 44079844. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. Content and availability

Content on the website is general information and does not constitute advice. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice unless an agreement says otherwise. We do not warrant that the website is always available or free of errors and viruses, and we may change, suspend or close it in whole or in part.

2. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of — or inability to access — the website or its content, including loss of business, lost profit, loss of data or other indirect loss.

In any event our total liability towards business customers is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim concerns in the previous 12 months, and never more than DKK 10,000.

These limitations do not apply to loss caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to personal injury, or where mandatory law — including consumer protection law — gives you more. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

3. Third-party links and content

The website may contain links to and content from other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or handling of personal data. A link is not an endorsement.

4. Intellectual property

Text, images, graphics, logos, code and other content on the website belong to Best Choice or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print content for personal use. Any other copying, reproduction, systematic extraction (scraping) or commercial use requires our written permission.

5. Your use of the website

You may not use the website in a way that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, overloads or disrupts its operation, attempts to bypass security, or sends spam or malicious code. We may block access in case of misuse. Information you send us (e.g. via forms) must be accurate, and you are responsible for not sending other people’s personal data without a legal basis.

6. Force majeure

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as outages at internet, power or hosting providers, cyber attacks, strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics or orders from authorities.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version and date are always on this page. Changes apply from publication and do not affect agreements already made.

8. Governing law, complaints and venue

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes between businesses are settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and the mandatory rules of that country continue to apply.
